If I download a file exactly what will I receive?
You will receive a high res jpg graphic image of the background, as well as, the background inserted into a single PowerPoint slide ready to use and format to your specifications. The files are in a winzip folder to be unzipped and placed in your files.

How often will you release new designs?
HPS will create and release new designs each month.

What do you recommend for effective presentations?
A presentation needs to be clean, concise and consistent in design. If it is clean, you will draw attention to what you want your audience to focus on. If it is concise, you will convey your ideas with better understanding by your audience. Being consistent again will portray control of the situation and confidence in what you are doing. A busy background will cause your audience to focus on the background more than the content. You want everyone's attention on what you have to say while what's in the background reiterates and supports your ideas.

Should I use complete sentences in my PowerPoint presentation?
There is no need to type out complete sentences when utilizing PowerPoint during a presentation. PowerPoint is best used for bullet point ideas. It would be ok to have a complete sentence when using a quote, but otherwise, using a bullet point thought is much better because your audience will focus on you for explanation.
