What is a data merge?
A data merge involves setting up a document with the electronic fields to merge the variable data with. Therefore, a single document is setup and completed as a merge document. Secondly, a file is established as the source file (table containg variable data). When the merge document and data source table are combined, a data merge takes place to combine the two and produces a data merge.
