Document Setup and Merge

Do you have a need to send out bulk mailings to potential or existing customers? Lasirrah Resources can help. Send us your graphics/data and we will set up the merge document so all you need to do is print and send.

Lasirrah Resources will setup the document with your graphics, and setup the merge fields. It is up to the customer to provide the necessary electronic data to perform the merge. Preferred data formatting is Word, Excel, Lotus, Text, Access, etc. Lasirrah Resources will complete the data merge and send the saved merge file to the customer in a Word format on a CD or DVD.

Lasirrah Resources charges include setup costs only and does not include costs of printing. Printing is entirely up to the customer since Lasirrah Resources does not own or operate a print shop.

To place a request for any of our variable data services, simply submit a completed request form, send in the data to be merged, the graphics to be encorporated, and we will complete the rest. After final approval by the customer, Lasirrah Resources will perform the merge and return the completed electronic merged file to the customer ready for printing.

1. Fill out the applicable order form.
2. Include any pictures/cd's or further instructions needed.
3. Total up the value for the services.
4. Send in your check or money order.
5. We will have your order completed within 2-4 weeks.
